Proper mounting ensures secure retention, safe access, and long-term reliability. Follow these guidelines before installing your TrigZone magnetic mount.

TrigZone magnetic mounts are designed for responsible firearm storage and access.
Always ensure firearms are unloaded before installation and testing. Follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm storage and handling.

SECTION 3 — CHOOSING THE RIGHT MOUNT (N35 vs N40)

N35 — Standard Strength

Best for:

  • Nightstands

  • Desks

  • Safes

  • Low-movement environments

N40 PRO — Maximum Retention

Best for:

  • Vehicles

  • High-movement environments

  • Under-dash or vertical mounting

Rule of thumb:

If the surface moves, vibrates, or tilts — choose N40.

SECTION 4 — MOUNTING METHODS (VERY IMPORTANT)

🔩 Option 1: Screw Mounting (Recommended)

Best for:

  • Vehicles

  • Safes

  • Permanent installations

Steps:

  1. Choose a flat, solid surface

  2. Mark pilot holes

  3. Secure using included screws

  4. Ensure mount is fully flush before use

Best for:

  • Furniture

Requirements:

  • Clean surface with isopropyl alcohol

  • Apply firm pressure for 30–60 seconds

  • Allow 24 hours cure time before use

⚠️ Not recommended for vehicles or high-movement environments

Avoid These Mistakes

Before storing a loaded firearm:

  1. Test with an unloaded firearm

  2. Check retention from multiple angles
